New Hampshire was feeling the "Bern." The Vermont senator swept the state in an easy primary victory. Clinton supporters stayed confident heading into South Carolina, but the campaign has found itself making up lost ground in Nevada.
This one was YUUUGGGEE. From "total loser" to the star of the night, Donald Trump crushed it in New Hampshire. John Kasich made a guest appearance in second place, giving his campaign some much needed energy. Ted Cruz took third and "Jeb!" found his way to fourth place. Marco Rubio finished in fifth after a dismal debate performance.
When some precinct results are determined in a tie-breaker coin toss, it doesn't get any closer. Hillary Clinton snuck by with the narrow win, but Bernie Sanders declared the 'virtual-tie" a victory. Oh, and if you have a faint memory of a third candidates, Martin O'Malley dropped out of the race that night too.
In typical Iowa caucus fashion, front-runner Donald Trump was stunned by Ted Cruz's victory. Trump came in second while Marco Rubio celebrated a third place finish. The results led to several low polling candidates to drop out of the race, including Mike Huckabee who dropped out that night.
