What to expect on your ballot

Voting can be daunting.

First-time voters sometimes go in voting booths expecting to just check the box next to their candidate’s name – picking up an “I voted” sticker on their way out. But in reality they find a ballot filled with dozens of names and offices they’ve never heard. What’s a Railroad Commissioner?
